Well, my story is now finished. You can see it here at dA if you're interested. I won't prattle on about it, since I rather my pieces speak for themselves if the reader chooses so. Anyway, I've done most of my Christmas shopping, have (another) works party on the 20th to attend (my first was on the 5th with my current workmates, the upcoming one is with my old workmates) so that should be very fun! These kinds of outings always are, starting in the pubs and ending at Dusk, (the local nightclub). It's been a while since I updated. I'm now working in Waterstone's (the bookshop) over the Christmas holidays, whilst doing some research for my upcoming PhD and articles for various sites. I try to write a Christmas story each year (two years out of three so far isn't bad!), so to whet your appetites I've decided to release its prequel story. This was written in Spring 2008, and it's entitled 'Lillian Lavernon: A Vampire Epitaph'. Enjoy! The Christmas story is called 'The Liberty Factory', and should be out mid-December.

The following story is based on real events. That's the kind of quiet claim that might make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. Mostly it's something reserved for films, but here it applies to a game, or rather, a real-world event that involved one.
